There are many options for you to choose from when designing your flooring. We feature a complete library of design resources, and staff in-house experts to help you achieve the design you want at a price you can afford.
Budgeting
We appreciate your need to know what a project will cost from the start. Whether you specify your own materials or we do, you will be provided a detailed, ‘no surprises’ cost estimate.
Surface Preparation
We have a full line of surface prep equipment including grinders, shot blasters and underlayment pumps to create the ideal surface for your flooring selection.
Installation
You can count on our team of experienced, factory-trained mechanics to deliver beautifully crafted flooring. We guarantee that all installations will meet specification and complete on schedule.
Project Management
CFI Inc. assigns every installation an experienced project manager to guarantee your questions are answered and needs are met. They oversee every aspect of your job, ensuring that the correct product is accurately installed, and that budgets and schedules are strictly maintained.
Maintenance
Maximum performance over time for any flooring product is achieved through proper maintenance. In addition to the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance procedures, we provide expert tips and advice on how to maintain your specific flooring. We also provide maintenance programs that can be tailored to meet your needs. Ask for a complimentary quote.
Warranties
There are two: those of the manufacturer, and our own relative to installation. We warrant our own installations, and see that the manufacturer honors theirs.
Procurement Programs
NYS CONTRACT
We also hold several state contracts for flooring for New York State funded school districts, NY and local Government agencies, as well as non-profit organizations. State contract allows these entities to purchase flooring products at pre-negotiated prices.
